The Wizards lost to the Hornets 101-87 after leading by nine points with less than ten minutes to go in the game on Wednesday. It's certainly an ugly way to start out your Thanksgiving weekend.
I've given my thoughts on the loss since I wrote the formal recap. So let's get straight to postgame videos, links, and the roll call from Wednesday.
Postgame video
Randy Wittman stated in his postgame presser (embedded above via Monumental Network) that the Wizards started "feeling sorry and start pouting and putting our heads down. It just becomes a snowball. We gotta grow up in that aspect of it." He wanted the team to play through the tough stretches. He also didn't like them trying to make "shortcuts" in regard to that.

Recaps and Other links
I don't want to say that the Wizards' locker room is fractured, but it's safe to say that things aren't rosy right now.
As you may recall, Wittman recently called out Marcin Gortat in a press conference without saying his name after a bad loss to the Oklahoma City Thunder earlier this month. In an interview with Rafal Tymiński of onet.pl (link in Polish), Gortat wasn't particularly pleased about that -- at least after using Google Translate since I'm not fluent in Polish. Apparently, he hasn't spoken much, if at all to Wittman since then.
If that wasn't enough, Wall said this to the media:
Wall said he didn't agree w/Wittman's decision to have him and Beal start the 4th on the bench: "One of us has to be in in that situation."

Wall's quote certainly is not as telling as Gortat's. But the open disagreements from multiple starters certainly aren't indicative of a team that has all of its ducks in a row, at least in my opinion.

Insightful comments
Remember when "pace and space" was a big thing that we were excited to see this season? Looks like some community members think it's time to dial back a bit on that.
Hulk_07 woke up early to watch the game before heading to work. A loss like last night's certainly puts him in a depressed mood when he headed for his workday.
That's all I have for this game. See y'all on Friday.
