Pancake Spotlight: Okonomyaki

The okonomiyaki is a Japanese fried pancake which is made of flour, cabbage, and meat. It is often referred to as Japan's version of "Soul Food."

Free Food for your Sunday

The Wizards won your third free Egg McMuffin at McDonald's which you can still eat right now. However, they were not able to score 100 points and get your fourth #WIZ50 win at Papa John's Pizza.

You still can get 50 percent off your orders at Papa John's, however, thanks to the Capitals. They won 7-3 last night at home against the Colorado Avalanche. They were also leading 4-0 in the first period to secure the Egg McMuffin for you in case the Wizards weren't holding up their end of the deal.
