Six Wizards players score in double figures tonight, led by John Wall and Otto Porter with 19 apiece as the Wizards rolled over the Milwaukee Bucks, 115-86.

The Wizards were committed on the defensive end and you could tell right from the start. The Wizards' played some swarming defense to start this one and turning the Bucks over four times in the first three minutes. Kris Humphries asserted himself defensively swatting Giannis Antetokoumpo with Otto Porter blocking the follow up shot.

Once John Wall and Marcin Gortat came out of the game, the defense started to lag. John Henson had his way and used his inspector gadget-like arms for some nice rebounds and easy put backs.

Even though the Wizards played very well for most of the first quarter, they trailed 29-27 after one.

The Bucks continued their hot shooting to start the second quarter. Greivis Vasquez came in and knocked down his first four shots for nine points and Jerryd Bayless scored 10 on 4-8 shooting.

Midway through the second quarter, everything changed. John Wall found Otto Porter in transition who whipped it to Jared Dudley to hit a wide open three as the Wizards stretched the lead to 49-42 at the 4:30 mark. The Wizards defense continued to clamp down and made Milwaukee pay as the Wizards scored 15 points on the Bucks' 10 first half turnovers.

With just 3.1 seconds remaining in the second quarter, Garrett Temple received a pass at mid-court and drove to the hole for a layup as time expired with the Wizards ending the half on a 15-4 run. The Wizards came out sleepwalking to start the third quarter. The team started 2-7 from the field and the Bucks were slowly chipping away at the lead. The Bucks used a 17-6 run to cut lead Wizards' lead to nine. Michael Carter-Williams would hit a corner three on the next possession down and the Wizards' 18 point lead had dwindled down to six, 72-66 at the 5:45 mark.

The Wizards wouldn't blow this lead in #SoWizards fashion would they?

Nope. It was the Wizards' turn to go on a run this time and boy did they. A combination of stellar defense and poor shooting from the Bucks allowed the Wizards to end the quarter on a 13-0 run punctuated on an off balance Porter layup to take a stranglehold on this game and lead 85-66 after three quarters.

The lead would balloon to 30 and the Wizards empty the bench at the 4:34 mark as the reserves close this one out. Wizards win 115-86 and are back over .500.

John Wall put it all together tonight: John Wall has been playing great this year but tonight, he was an All-Star. Wall finished with 19 points (7-10 shooting), 9 assists, and 6 rebounds including a +/- of +30. Wall saw the court beautifully tonight, he put his teammates in positions to score, and really, just put together his best performance of the season.

That's the Jared Dudley we expected: Dudley put together his best performance as a Wizard tonight. He knocked down his open shots, grabbed rebounds, and also had an absurd +/- of +34. This is the Dudley we expected when the Wizards signed him in the offseason. Dudley shot 3-4 from three-point range, scoring 13 points on 4-6 shooting.

Defense: The Wizards held the Bucks scoreless in the paint for the first eight minutes of the game. With a force like Greg Monroe down low and wings who like to slash to the hole, that's pretty darn good. The help defense was there all night as the Wizards turned the Bucks over 19 times resulting in 27 points. The Wizards held the Bucks to an opponent season low, 86.
