The 2014 NBA Draft order is not set. Cleveland (seriously?) has the No. 1 pick AGAIN, while the rest of the lottery shook out as expected. The Wizards, meanwhile, will hold the No. 46 pick and the No. 46 pick only. They gave up what turned out to be the No. 18 pick to Phoenix for Marcin Gortat.
Finding a contributor at No. 46 will be difficult, but it is possible. For all of Ernie Grunfeld's major problems at the top of the draft, he has historically found value with Michael Redd and Andray Blatche. Of course, knowing this franchise, the pick is just as likely to be used on an international player that will never come stateside.
SB Nation partner Draft Express currently has the Wizards in line to select DeAndre Daniels, a rangy small forward that left national champion UConn early. Daniels is listed as 6'8 and 196 pounds, which sounds a lot like Otto Porter's dimensions.
Who are some of your late-round sleepers?
