Otto Porter lit up the Knicks for 22 points in the Wizards' preseason finale

Here are some highlights from Otto Porter's performance against the Knicks.

The Wizards preseason has been marred by suspensions and injuries, but if there's been one bright spot that's almost made it all worth it, it's been Otto Porter.

Porter finished the preseason as the Wizards' leading scorer in the preseason, averaging 13 points per game on 48.7 percent shooting from the field and 47.1 percent on threes. He also chipped in 4.1 rebounds, 1.6 assists and 1.6 steals in just over 27 minutes of action per game.

Wednesday against the Knicks, Porter showed off just how far his game has come since last season. As you can see, he's not forcing the action in any of these highlights. All of his scores are coming in the flow of the offense, being in the right spot on a fast break or generating his own points on turnovers. It may have taken a year for everything to work out, but we're finally getting to see what Otto Porter looks like alongside the Wizards' core pieces, and there's a lot to like from what we've seen.
