Bullets Forever community NBA Draft board: Pick No. 16

Let's skip ahead to pick No. 16. Who belongs here on the Bullets Forever draft board?

Gorgui Dieng and Kelly Olynyk remain close in our run-off for spot No. 14, so I'm going to just add them both to our draft board. Dieng got a few more votes, so he'll take spot No. 14 and Olynyk will take spot No. 15. Here's where we stand:
