Fresh off a big week of workouts, the Washington Wizards will keep things going with at least two more critical evaluations leading up to the June 28 NBA Draft. On Monday, the Wizards will hold a solo workout with Connecticut big man Andre Drummond, according to a team press release. The next day, North Carolina forward Harrison Barnes will be in town, according to Michael Lee of the Washington Post.
Drummond worked out for the Sacramento Kings on Thursday. He was supposed to go alone, but he ended up going against Ball State senior big man Jarrad Jones, who is not projected to be drafted. It remains to be seen if Drummond is bringing Jones along with him to D.C.
Barnes, meanwhile, worked out for the Raptors earlier this week and is scheduled to join Bradley Beal for a critical workout in Cleveland on Saturday. The Cavaliers are rumored to be interested in Barnes if he falls.
