- The start of my new weekly feature on SB Nation called "Fun With Synergy," where I look at random MySynergySports.com stats and video. This week's topic: transition three-pointers and how teams don't shoot them well. The Wizards have taken 114 transition threes this year, which is actually the most in the league. They've converted on 35.1 percent of those, which is right around the league average. Nick Young has the most attempts for any individual player, with 47. He's hit 22 of those, good for 46.8 percent. Jordan Crawford is tied for 10th with 30 attempts (11-30), and Rashard Lewis (sad trombone) is 3-15. [SB Nation]
