The Washington Wizards' brief involvement in NBA All-Star Weekend 2012 in Orlando will get underway on Friday night when John Wall participates in the Rising Stars Challenge. Much has already been made of Wall being picked 12th out of 20 players in the event, so there's really no use crying over spilled milk now. It's an exhibition, and Wall, the defending MVP mind you, is taking part in it. Sorry, my fault.
Wall wil be coming off the bench for Team Barkley, according to Chris Miller of Comcast SportsNet.
John Wall will be coming off the bench for Team Barkley. DeMarcus Cousins says if John is motivated he might drop 40 pts. Tonight

Presumably, that means that these are your starting lineups (not official by any means):
Team Barkley: Kyrie Irving, MarShon Brooks, Paul George, Derrick Williams, DeMarcus Cousins.
Team Shaq: Ricky Rubio, Jeremy Lin, Markieff Morris, Blake Griffin, Greg Monroe.
We'll see how it ultimately turns out. Action gets underway at 9 p.m. on TNT.
