Washington Wizards Midseason Player Evaluation: Mo Evans

New, comments

We've reached the very midway point of the 2011-12 season, which is kind of refreshing given that the All-Star Break usually signifies the 60-percent mark of the year. As such, we'll be running midseason evaluation threads for each player on the team over the next several days. Next up: Mo Evans.

SYNOPSIS: Brought back late in training camp to provide veteran leadership, Mo Evans really hasn't been on the court very much. He got a bit of a chance to play during a short stretch after Randy Wittman said he needed to get more veterans on the floor, but that initiative died when Evans took an ill-advised isolation against the Portland Trail Blazers. Clearly, he's not in D.C. for his on-court contributions.
