Justin Bieber practices with Wizards before concert at Verizon Center

Can't confirm, but we're pretty sure John Wall knows who Justin Bieber is.

Justin Bieber is in D.C. today as he gets ready to perform for the masses at the Verizon Center this evening. If you have a daughter between the ages of four and 25 I'm sure you already know this, but we mention it because there is a special Wizards tie-in to this evening's concert. Before taking the stage, he got accustomed to the Verizon Center in a rather unusual way:

He might call it a warmup, but we call it a secret tryout. We're still waiting for a box score and game report before we make any evaluation on whether or not Bieber has what it takes to make the team, but he'll need to play better than he did against the Dream Team in NBA 2K13.


For what it's worth, Sam Cassell appears to be sold on Bieber's potential.

Jordan Crawford, on the other hand, appears to be worried about the effects on the crowd dynamics.

And then there's Randy Wittman. When asked about Bieber's potential, he didn't give a ringing endorsement.

Clearly, Bieber hasn't sold the team on being a valuable piece, but no decision has been made as of yet. As of right now, we are unsure if his final plea to Ted Leonsis and Ernie Grunfeld will work:
