Well, looks like Nene will play after all on Wednesday against the Atlanta Hawks. The Washington Wizards' center is dressed for Wednesday's game, and he told Michael Lee of the Washington Post that he will at least try to give it a go.
Nene is fully padded & dressed. Asked if he can play vs ATL. "I think I can do something." Said he'll rely on "experience & faith." #wizards

Randy Wittman did not commit one way or the other to Nene playing, and neither did the Wizards' official Twitter account. But it sounds like he will at least log some minutes in the contest. Earlier in the day, he said he didn't think he'd be ready to go and would only play "maybe 10 minutes" if he did suit up.
Oh, and also, Wittman said he was changing the starting lineup again, but wouldn't reveal who is in there now. So, there's that.
