About all I can say before tonight's game are the following facts about Cedric Jackson, our newest D-Leaguer for the next two weeks.
- According to a Wizards' press release, Jackson's teams are 8-0 when he's played in an NBA game this year. Jackson had already played for the Spurs and Cavs this season. My very educated guess is that those wins had very little to do with Cedric Jackson, so why the Wizards included it in the release is beyond me.
- Jackson is the 26th player to play for the Wizards this season, which adds to a league record.
- Jackson is also the 32nd player to be called up to the NBA, breaking the record for most D-League callups in a single season.
Very nice, Cedric Jackson. Now, go out there and guard the Hornets' spectacular backcourt of Chris Paul, Darren Collison and Marcus Thornton. Good luck!
GO WIZARDS!
