With the season starting Thursday, we're giving you all a chance to predict how every player on the roster will do this season. Scroll down for more community projections.
Lester Hudson is a member of the Washington Wizards ... for now. An NBA journeyman that has played for the Celtics and Grizzlies in his short NBA career, Hudson did enough in Summer League and preseason to make the Wizards roster. But with a non-guaranteed contract on a full roster, Hudson can't feel comfortable, not by any stretch of the imagination.
But terrible, weird things can happen sometimes. The Wizards look deep at Hudson's position, with John Wall, Gilbert Arenas and Kirk Hinrich, but what if one or more of those players gets hurt? What if Arenas' silliness gets to the point where the team doesn't even want him around? I can't imagine either of those things happening, but you never know.
(Please don't let either of those things happen).
Anyway, as usual, predict as many or as few of these stats as you like.
- Games played
- Points per game
- Rebounds per game
- Minutes per game
- Field goal percentage
- Three-point percentage
- Free-throw percentage
- True shooting percentage
- Turnover ratio
- Usage rate
- PER
Bonus question: If injuries don't strike and Hudson doesn't play, what, exactly, must he do to avoid being cut before the January 4 non-guaranteed contract deadline?
