Tonight's Lines
Clippers at Wizards: Wizards by 12.5
Over/Under on Total Scoring: 192
I might not be around until game time (if not later) so everyone gets an early game thread today.
I think the line for tonight's game pretty much says it all. The Clippers are probably the only team in the NBA that can claim they've had to deal with more injuries this year than anyone else. Elton Brand has been out all year after tearing his ACL, Smush Parker has essentially replaced Sam Cassell who was bought out of his contract last month, Chris Kaman has had to deal with back problems recently, and as you may remember Shaun Livingston hasn't played since that horrific knee injury he suffered last year. Put it all together and it's led to a very tough year for Clippers fans. One of the bright spots this season has been rookie Al Thornton who's been a steady contributor all season.
There isn't any reason that the Wizards should lose this game tonight, considering they already beat them on the road when they were without Caron and the Clippers had Kaman. As long as there aren't any ill effects from Caron's par-tay on Thursday night/Friday morning (you can get a good recap of the fun here) than everything should go fine.
This is an open thread, so if you know what movie Pooh Richardson played a role in, drop your knowledge here.
GO WIZARDS!
