With 57% of the vote, Gilbert Arenas's record-breaking performance against the Lakers took the award for best Gilbert Arenas performance of the year. Of course, the Wizards aren't just a one man team so this week's poll question asks what you think was the best single-game performance by a Wizard that wasn't Gilbert. Here are your nominees:
1)Caron Butler vs. Seattle-38 points, 4 steals, and 3 assists
Not to mention a sweet buzzer beater to end the 3rd quarter.
2)Antonio Daniels vs. Charlotte-18 points, 17 assists, and only one turnover
Excellent numbers, especially when you consider that Daniels was thrown into heavy playing time unexpectedly after Arenas was injured only a few minutes into the game.
3)Antawn Jamison vs. New Jersey-37 points, 11 rebounds, 4 steals, 4 assists
Jamison also hit an amazing off-balance shot to force overtime in this game.
4)Michael Ruffin vs. Atlanta-8 points, 9 rebounds
Not bad at all considering he was only in for 11 minutes.
5)Antawn Jamison vs. Orlando-48 points and 9 rebounds
He was only responsible for 54% of the Wizards points in that game.
6)Other
Manute Bol's epic 32 point, 29 rebound, 31 block performance doesn't count, seeing as how he didn't play for the Wizards this season.
