Andray Blatche is probably the only player on this team whose potential really stands out (unless you want to count O-Pec). He's probably the best draft pick this team has made since picking Richard Hamilton in 1999. That's really not saying much--it's not too hard to beat out the likes of Kwame Brown, Jarvis Hayes, Jared Jeffries, Juan Dixon, and O-Pec--but it's still saying something.
This year, it's clear he made some progress, but instead of being the X-Factor in the playoffs that we all expected, he was tethered to the bench. Maybe that's Eddie Jordan being dumb, and truthfully, it probably is, but Blatche still has a lot of growing to do.
How would you guys rate his season? Where do you think he needs to show the most improvement?
If you're stuck, perhaps this highlight will help.
