I just unofficially (and indirectly) received word that Andray Blatche has been re-signed to a multi-year contract. I'll update as soon as it becomes official.
Update [2007-8-17 15:43:53 by Pradamaster]: Ivan confirms that the deal is done. This is definitely excellent news. So long as the terms are reasonable -- and why wouldn't they be -- I'm glad that the team didn't use his arrest as an excuse to dump him.
Update [2007-8-18 15:24:39 by JakeTheSnake]: According to the Times, Andray got a 5 years, $15 million. A cheap, long-term deal for a great prospect works for me.
