Who do we use that #19 pick to draft?

Yeah, the playoffs are ongoing. But let's talk about the draft, because why not?

The Wizards currently own the #19 overall pick in the 2015 NBA Draft. Assuming we don't trade, or God forbid, sell this pick, we have a good opportunity to pick a solid rotation player at one of our many positions of need. A lot of what this team does will be dictated by their decisions on free agents like Rasual Butler, Drew Gooden, and Kevin Seraphin, but here's some intriguing players that should be available.

Justin Anderson - We need a backup SG. Ramon Sessions has been adequate as a 3rd guard during these playoffs, but a backcourt guy with size to spell Bradley Beal would be excellent. Ideally Glenn Rice Jr would have filled this spot, but we know how that ended. Anderson is big, athletic, and comes from a team that preached defense. Assuming his stellar 3 point shooting wasn't a fluke, Anderson could be a great addition to our bench.

Jerian Grant - Not really a PG, but big at 6-5, I think Grant could be an excellent combo/3rd guard. I love do-it-all 4 year guys who played in big conferences and Grant also seems to have the clutch gene. His lineage to Wizards Past isn't a bad thing either.

Montrezl Harrell - You could argue that the last thing this team needs is another undersized offensively challenged PF, but I love this guy's motor, athleticism, and will to win.

Tyus Jones - I'm genetically predisposed to hating Duke players, but Jones is special. He can shoot, he's clutch, he comes from a (yelp!) winning program, and could possibly give us the young backup to John Wall we've been missing. One year to intern behind Sessions would give him time to ease into the job.

Delon Wright - Another combo guard with good size and 4 years of experience.

Bobby Portis - I'll be honest, I watched this guy multiple times and never came away impressed. He just doesn't seem physical enough to make it at the next level, but he does shoot FT's well (always a good sign) and hit 47% of his threes this year (albeit on a small sample size). He could be your "stretch four" of the future, or he could be a too-soft PF that's in the D-League in 2 years.

Frank Kaminsky - This is my personal favorite. He may not fall to #19, but I'd take him in a heartbeat if he did. I think comparing white guys to white guys is inherently lazy, but he's got a lot of Troy Murphy in his game. Tough bigs who can both shoot, and rebound at a high clip are a rarity. I'd love to see him in a Wizards uniform.
