ESPN Ranks John Wall 4th for PGs *but* Snubs Beal out of Top 10 SG?

ESPN has Been ranking the top 10 for each position, for the upcoming season, this week. The past two days were PG and SG:

I love the ranking of 4th for Wall. He finally is getting the credit and acknowledgment he deserves, as a top 5 PG. They even had him ahead of Rose, Parker, Irving, and Lillard. Hopefully he continues to develop and improve that jumpshot so that he can leap into that Top 3 Status be next year.

However.....

I thought that Beal proved enough to be listed in the top 10 for SG's. At least they did say Beal was in the "NEXT Five" and technically ranking him 12th, behind KOBE BRYANT?? NO WAY is Kobe out of the top 10 even at his age and return from injury. That is just disrespect. The Rankings for the SG were VERY odd and OFF in my opinion. In what world is Dion Waiters ranked the 4th best SG in the league? I understand that the new additions could help Dion but please, he shouldn't even be in the top 10 in my opinion....At least not yet. Tyreke Evans at 6th was another head scratcher coming in ahead of #8 Thompson, #10 Lance Stephenson, * #Kobe, **#12 Beal, and the "Also notable" #17 Demar Derozan??

I could go on and on about more players and the ordering of the Sg's but maybe I am crazy but those are very BOLD PREDICTIONS. Most importantly me BEAL and even Kobe need to be in the top ten AHEAD of Dion Waiter.
