Wizkid's ain't got no soul???

So we've had a great offseason with the additions of Paul Pierce, Kris Humphries, and Dejuan Blair. Additionally, Otto and GRJr dominating summer league play was encouraging. I'm a bit worried about what we've lost though. I've heard a lot about what vets like Trevor Ariza and Al Harrington did throughout the season to help the team gel off the court (early season team meeting, home cooked meals on the road thanks to Ms. Harrington, and even Sam Cassel's consistent work with John and Brad). I'm wondering how much soul is left on the team for next year's campaign. The stakes are higher and I'm hoping the team has the same or better swagger that made this team so easy to root for during the postseason. I expect there will be some growing pains with so many players added to the rotation, but how much do you think Ariza, Harrington, and Sam's departure will affect team chemistry off the court?
