Leonsis Going Stale While Jordan's Hornets Aim Big

Jordan: Hornets poised to improve

Charlotte has the 9th & 24th pick in the first round plus $13 million to spend & Jordan intends on making a splash. "I think we made a difference last year with Big Al [Jefferson] and some of the acquisitions, and I don't anticipate this year being any different," Jordan said in the ESPN article. "This year we have a lot of flexibility, and I've been speaking to that over the last three or four years. Flexibility is very important, and we are going to use every resource to try to better the team."

Not to too many of us are talking about Charlotte as a team that could potentially leapfrog us next season & I don't see why not. They played us tough in the last few games of the season & Jefferson abused Gortat in those final contests. They don't really need to add much to improve but if they do add an impact free agent or 2 then look out.

Leonsis' comments of keeping the team together scares the shit outta me. I would rather take a step back to get better rather than overspend on our own guys & stay stagnant
