Gortat likely to sign 10mil extension?

Marcin Gortat's father, Janusz Gortat, gave an interview to a polish website sport.pl, which basically says something like:

Marcin has been in Washington for quite some time and he feels good down there. He's had some preliminary talks and he's gonna get a raise to 10mil/year. What more could he possibly ask for?". He also says, that he doesn't know how long the extension will be, but "it may even be his last, 5 year extension".

"Money is the most important factor in a situation he's in right now. There are few clubs that can pay him 10mil/yr, but he feels good in DC"

"I know that half of that money is taxes, but hey, no problem - i can pay those if someone gives me 10 million"

"Marcin wants to come to Poland in June, and they told him to wait for a call. When he gets one, he'll fly to US and sign a contract"

"He has to earn his money, because he wants to come back to Poland later as a very rich man and build a team that will play on a decent level"
