Pick up Rip Hamilton and maybe Gilbert Arenas. Trade Vessely&Singelton for a back-up center.

The reason is why not? We're mature enough at this point. They will only help improve the team chemistry because the rhythm of our team has already been set and made. They will come in as professionals looking for work at their age I assume if all things go well. Sometimes, people never change so signing Gil might be a backlash. But, signing Rip Hamilton would be nice to improve the bench and help Beal become a better standout shooter.

At this point in the season, I think we're pretty much sure we're going to make it to the playoff as long as we keep playing defense and move the ball around on offense. Rice and Porter are going to find it tough to get minutes.

2nd Unit:

1. Temple

2. Hamilton

3. Webster

4. Booker

5. Seraphin.

Also, I personally don't like Vessely. He has been a big dissapointment as well as Singleton. The Wizards should look to trade those 2 for a back up center from somewhere.
