Marc Spears: Wizards interested in acquiring backup point guard

Reading the Yahoo! Sports Power Rankings this morning, I was taken aback by this quote:

"Washington will try to acquire a backup point guard before the trade deadline, a source said, but isn't optimistic the Wizards can make such a move."

I was less surprised that the Wizards are interested an acquiring a backup point guard, than that they aren't optimistic they would be able to make such a move.

Aren't Andre Miller, Greivis Vasquez, Beno Udrih, Luke Ridnour and J.J. Barea all on the block?? While none of them may be world beaters - they all provide far more offensive punch and experience than Garrett Temple (who I like a lot - as a third point guard). Is this Ted telling Ernie that he can make a move, but handcuffing him by not allowing him to take on any additional salary for next year?

Who do you guys think the Wizards should target?
