Nenes rebounding a concern? Monroe a good fit?

It bothered me a lot last night seeing nene not grab some rebounds he should have got, especially late in the game when we got a stop and kanter reached over him to get the offensive rebound. I know it's one rebound but it bugs me when I see that and then look his reb/game at 5.8 for a big man that averages 30 minutes a game.

Greg Monroe who we are "interested" in averages 8.6 boards a game while playing next to the rebound machine in Drummond. He only averages 2 more minutes a game than nene and averages almost 3 more boards. Then I've seen people on here talk about Monroe's defense but he has a better opponent shooting percentage at the rim than nene, Monroe 51% and nene 54%. Which is not a big difference but when your a big a lot of that is defending post ups and if a team gets offensive boards which Monroe is clearly the better rebounder.

Neither are elite defenders or shot blockers but Monroe being the better rebounder would help limit second chance points that seem to hurt us late and increase ours. I think Monroe would fit nicely in the starting lineup with either nene or Gortat coming off the bench. Although it might sound like I'm bashing nene I'm not he's a good player and makes us better, but I think Monroe would be an upgrade and would fit this team nicely. Let me know what you guys think.
