Emeka Okafor injury: Wizards' C has herniated disc in neck, out indefinitely

Emeka Okafor, the Wizards' starting center, is out indefinitely with a herniated disc in his neck. He plans on rehabbing with physical therapy and is "pretty optimistic" he will avoid surgery.
