ESPN Insider?: Worth it purely for Basketball coverage or Scam?

Hey Bulletsforever,

So now that we are in offseason doldrums, and I am focused on the draft, I am constantly intrigued by ESPN's draft coverage only available through ESPN insider. I'm no espn lover, but i've enjoyed Chad Ford's commentary before it became exclusive to the paywall, and am considering getting insider exclusively for NBA analysis. Is it worth it? How is the quantity and volume of articles and analysis? Are there alternative free blogs along the lines of www.thenbageek.com that are analyzing draft scenarios that I am missing out on? Is paying for insider a scam run by espn to take my hard-earned cash, and offer only middling content sporadically?

For instance: today an article was published about Len vs. Noel. This seems really intriguing and is the kind of article I'd definitely read if there was significant "inside information" from NBA front offices on their thought process. Where do you guys go to get your wizards and NBA fix in the summer?

Any and all thoughts appreciated. Hoping the lotto balls come up in our favor!
