With the season winding down and coming to a close, extreme optimists and fools like myself who thought there was a small chance of making the playoffs have accepted the fact that we are jot making the playoffs. However, with the draft fast approaching it is time to ponder what young talent would be best for the wizards. I personally cant decide, but i like porter and austin for the wizards. However even if he puts on weight i think austin would be better as a pf at this level. He would be great for spacing out opposing bigmen. Thus helping beal and wall offensively. Porter on the other hand is much better all around and i think a better team fit for the wizards. That also depends on whether theyre both lef when we pick. If we pick porter in the first then i think erick green with our second round pick would be a nice addition. I think he has the potential to be a terrific sixth man who can score and control the tempo. Then with the pick we receive from the knicks i think maybe dewayne dedmon from usc might be a nice big physical center who can rebound and block shots. He also doesnt have a bad jumper. I guess well see though. If eg picks a european player i might burn his house down. Anyway, tell me what you think about the draft and if maybe we should trade down.
