So our entire trade deadline move was to dump Jordan Crawford for nothing? We get Barbosa who is out for the year and one of the Collins brothers whose contract is up at the end of the year (thankfully). Is that seriously the best we could get for Crawford? Crawford can play. If he came of the bench for a successful team he could be the sixth man of the year. And we get nothing. It reminds me of our 2011 draft where we took Vesely 6th and Singleton 18th, both of who take DNPs more often than not. And I seriously question the Nene deal. Is that the best they could get for McGee? McGee is a knucklehead and had to go, but he's pretty young, and he's the best per minute shot blocker in the game. And we get Nene? How attractive is a big man who never made the all star team yet he was drafted in 2002 and he makes 14 a year guaranteed in the first of a 5 year deal for a rebuilding team? Don't you try to get young assets and picks there? The Wizards need to be taken into receivership and managed by some smarter body.
