Here is a 3-team trade I whipped up where Wiz get DMC and Salmons, Utah gets Tyreke, Crawford and Singleton and Sactown gets Seraphin, Milsap and Ariza.
We get what we want in a legit talent who can be contained by Wall (and new coach next year) but with the price of Salmons contract which is basically the same amount as Ariza's contract with a Team Option that will not be exercised.
Utah let's go of one of it's UFA forwards (Milsap or Jefferson) to pave the way for Kanter and Favors to get bigger minutes alongside Jefferson. They get nice pieces in Singleton for a defensive small forward to complement Hayward and Crawford as the heatcheck, sixth man which we could never develop him into. They also get Tyreke who can bring some excitement back to their team to play either pure PG like he did in his rookie year with Mo-Will as his back-up.
Sacramento, who have shown to be cheap and conducting a fire-sale shown by the T-Rob trade, get rid of their headaches in Cousins and Evans and get in return a low-maintenance player in Milsap who will command a bit of money but will be a cheaper option to Cousins when he needs to get his max. They also get Seraphin who would get more minutes than he did in Washington and has proved in both games this year to SAC that he is a good development player. They also get Ariza who will be an attractive piece for them at next years trading deadline with their team moving to Seattle next year where they can go after someone bigger to start their franchise alongside Milsap.
Who says no? Definitely not the Wizards nor Utah who is getting ALOT in return for Milsap. The only hitch would be SAC and their reluctancy to hold onto Cousins.
