2014 NBA Mock Draft. Are analysts already looking down on the Wizards?

So I go to NBADraft.net pretty often when it comes around to February and March. I enjoy looking at the scales and reading about the weaknesses/strengths of players, often finding myself reading posts on players who are now in the NBA.

So I was shocked when I looked on it today and seen a 2014 Mock draft.

Surely this just speculation, and of course it does not account for much. But I according to the their analysts, the top 10 picks went like this.

1 BostonBoston Andrew Wiggins 6-8 200 SF Kansas Fr.
2 WashingtonWashington Jabari Parker 6-8 235 SF Duke Fr.
3 UtahUtah Marcus Smart 6-4 220 PG Oklahoma State So.
4 DenverDenver Dante Exum 6-6 188 PG/SG Australia Intl.
5 CharlotteCharlotte Julius Randle 6-9 250 SF/PF Kentucky Fr.
6 New OrleansNew Orleans Glenn Robinson III 6-6 215 SF Michigan So.
7 SacramentoSacramento James Young 6-6 215 SG Kentucky Fr.
8 MilwaukeeMilwaukee Wayne Selden 6-5 230 SG/SF Kansas Fr.
9 AtlantaAtlanta Joel Embiid 7-0 250 C Kansas Fr.
10 BrooklynBrooklyn Gary Harris 6-4 210 SG Michigan St. So.

Call me crazy, but I see them having the Wizards with the 2nd overall pick..

Now you may say "surely this was right after Okafor went down" - however the last update was on Nov. 4th, more then a week after the Gortat trade.

I want to hear what our community thinks of this, maybe I just put to much faith in that site (seriously, they have the Pelicans with the #6 pick). Or maybe, they see something that no one else on Earth can, since I believe the Pelicans just lost handily to the Suns.
