How does Gortat rank among NBA centers?

Looking at ESPN's center rankings today. Gortat ranked as the 21st best center this year. Last year he was ranked as the 13th best center. Certainly the list is flawed. Duncan was listed as a PF this year, last year as a center. Horford was a C last year, now he's a PF. (Glen Rice Jr. is listed as a PG) Still its an interesting comparison.

The first number listed is the player rank as a center. The second number is their overall rank among all players. I've included current and former Wizards of all positions for fun.
