The Washington Wizards played their fourth preseason game in Baltimore yesterday, which understandably confused some people.

Cue the nostalgia.

Man, J.A. Adanda is older than we thought.
With all the orange & blue in here, this will be #wizards 3rd "home" preseason game (vs CHI, MIA & NYK) that will feel like the road— Michael Lee (@MrMichaelLee) October 17, 2013
So the Wizards might not have had a traditional home crowd behind them, but that's not why they lost, 98-89, and fell to 1-3 in the preseason. The important takeaway from this game was that John Wall and Bradley Beal looked good (again), and looked good playing together (again). Put another way:
Oh yeah, and JOHN WALL BRAD BEAL JOHN WALL BRAD BEAL JOHN WALL BRAD BEAL JOHN WALL BRAD BEAL— Bullets Forever (@BulletsForever) October 18, 2013
John Wall made his 1st bucket & is having a really solid floor game. Pushing the tempo, burning the hardwood & finding open the man #wizards— Michael Lee (@MrMichaelLee) October 17, 2013
Wall has been especially good at anticipating. You can tell that this is something they worked on in camp. Looks good.— Michael Sykes, II (@Mikey_NBA) October 17, 2013

Now for a fun GIF.
Hehe. Still, Ii'd be nice to see Otto Porter at some point.

Thanks for the reassurance, Ted.
Unfortunately, the Wizards' bench didn't look so hot, and was primarily responsible for the loss. How'd Jan Vesely do?
Jan Vesely jumped & threw a no-look pass into the stands. In his defense, that lady was WIDE open #wizards— Michael Lee (@MrMichaelLee) October 18, 2013
Woof. Eric Maynor?
Eric Maynor is having a lottttttttttttt of trouble against Pablo Prigioni. Second turnover right there— Bullets Forever (@BulletsForever) October 17, 2013
Ick. Josh Childress?

Indeed. I feel like we're forgetting something...oh, right.

Glen Fried Rice? RT @BulletsForever: RICE RICE BABY— Kyle Weidie (@Truth_About_It) October 18, 2013
Tim Hardaway Jr. vs Glen Rice Jr. alert #wizards— Michael Lee (@MrMichaelLee) October 17, 2013
Tim Hardaway Jr. sinks a long J over Glen Rice Jr. In a father/son game, I'd take the Rice's.— Ben Standig (@BenStandig) October 17, 2013
Man, WE are older than we thought.
Had plans to ask players about #WizardsAsTheWire but new media policy, no Wiz players will talk before games, bummer— Adam McGinnis (@adammcginnis) October 18, 2013
It is a tragedy this wasn't allowed to happen. This deserves a moment of silence.
