Dear NBA,

We have at least five teams with red, white, and blue as their color scheme already (Wizards, Sixers, Clippers, Pistons, and Hawks), three of which use red as their primary road jersey. There are a handful of other teams that use red for their alternate jerseys, including the Heat, the Trailblazers, and the Bucks.

Please do not approve the color scheme as is. The gold is clearly secondary if you look at their team store. A diversity of colors is good for the league. I have always respected the Hornets' somewhat unique colors, especially going back to the purple-and-green days in Charlotte.
