First off i would like to say i am one of the biggest john wall supporters and in these three games back i have loved his improvements in his court awareness and ability to beat a man one on one. However his jump shot has not improved at all, many claim that its too early to tell and say that he is getting tired and can't elevate and release like he needs to. As noted on here, he has improved his posture by not falling back drastically and that will help, but it isn't the real problem. The problem with his jumper/shot is that his off hand or guide hand is just in terrible position on top of the ball and i can't believe none of the wizards staff has tried to fix this. He has to fix this before he will ever have a reliable consistent shot and it's ridiculous to me that nobody has tried to help him fix this.
Here are some pictures of what john's shot looks like compared to Durant Kobe James
