Now before you answer this question like the homers I know most of you are (i am too) think about his athletic ability and the things he was able to do in the playoffs. I mean even that summer league performance with John Wall was memorable and kind of reminded you of a CP3 to Tyson Chandler connection. I know he lacked maturity. I know that while he had a lot of blocks he was actually not very good in terms of post defense. I also, like everyone else, know he routinely made bone head plays. With that said we're talking about a 24 year old 7 footer that runs like an athletic SF, has freakishly long arms, and can jump. There are 0 other players in the nba like him, which is why he can command $11mil a year. I wrote this mostly in his defense although I myself am still on the fence about whether or not we should have kept him. what say you.......also. what happened to the poll feature? im trying to attach one to this post.
