Now, that almost all the big free agency move are done, I wish to get a better idea of what are players are doing to improve this summer. We hear all the time, in twitter, in interviews that player X works out. I'd like to know how they work out (which drills, what aspects, how much time a day, with who etc.). If anyone knows or has a way to ask a player or a trainer of the team, please inform us.
