I constantly hear about how Kyrie is the next “elite” point guard. John Wall is rarely ever brought up when discussing blossoming star point guards. I understand Wall has played on some losing teams but the Cavs weren’t exactly world beaters this year. To me, Irving is the more skilled scorer, but that is it. Wall is a better playmaker, rebounder, higher defensive potentail, and he is bigger. I think Irving is a very good player but I don’t understand why there is a lovefest for him and Wall is considered by some to be a bust.
