I was just watching the following Bradley Beal mixtape as I tend to do these days:

Moments in the footage had me thinking of this guy in a Wizards uniform and wondering if us Wizards fans are so excited about this guy because he reminds us a little bit of Gilbert Arenas.

Watching this tape, I get a few things out. Bradley Beal has one of the smoothest wrist-flicker shots since Gil. He's been characterized as small before, but he can throw off some pretty impressive physical stunts when you aren't expecting it. All of his threes seem to be from at least 2-3 ft behind the 3pt line and they barely ever hit the side of the rim. He's well spoken and charismatic.

Do we just want another Gilbert to root for? (by the way, I'm a huge Beal fan. I was also a big Gilbert fan)

Am I right? Anyone?
