What happens if Beal is off the board?

So, I was thinking yesterday about the news that Cleveland might trade up to the second pick to draft Bradley Beal. Does Ernie just take Barnes and call it a day? I don't think that is the best idea. I would definitely consider trading and Okafor or even Ariza to then draft Robinson or MKG. Robinson, though he is not the defender or shot blocker that Okafor has been throughout his career, does provide the rebounding at a much cheaper salary. Same goes for Ariza and MKG, what does Ariza provide that MKG would not be able to right away at a smaller cost. This strategy would allow the team to then either acquire a scoring/shooting wing in the trade or in free agency. I think the point I'm trying to make is that if the team feels that either MKG or Robinson is better than Barnes, it doesn't make sense to settle for Harrison Barnes without exploring a trade which would allow the team to draft who they feel is the best player available.
