Who the hell would have thought that so many former Wizards would become champions in the last two years??
Juwan Howard, Mike Miller and Ronny Turiaf did it last night with the Miami Heat, joining such Wizards stars and championship role players as DeShawn Stevenson, Brenden Haywood and Caron Butler, who won it last year with the Dallas Mavericks. Of course we can't forget Rip Hamilton and Rasheed Wallace and Ben Wallace, three guys we knew would be great and traded anyway to win a championship in Detroit.
Perhaps the only solace is that Chris Webber only sniffed the championship like I'm guessing Nick Young and JaVale McGee ever will. Maybe Kwame Brown will get one next year! Let's go to the poll question!
