Unsure if this material has been posted, however. This is a nice piece from Steve Kerr on the importance of development in the rigors of the NBA. Hopefully the Wizards organization will adopt this mindset of selecting a player based upon his development overall, and not always on potential. Sometimes this issue can really backfire on a organization and the GM during the long haul.
