Rookies out of the playoffs

Kawhi Leonard (why didn't we draft him?) is the only major rookie still in the play off picture. In the 2011 rookie class, he's the exception (Norris Cole, Phili Vucevic are bench players). Except Courtney Lee (Orlando), JJ Hickson (Cleveland) and George Hill (San Antonio) the last few seasons, we cannot find any rookies with major minutes in the play-offs semis picture ... does it mean that a team with rookies has no chance to go deep into the playoffs ?
