If we don't get Anthony Davis...

The Wiz have NO wing players of any caliber. ALL of top teams have them. If the wizards get the #2 pick, they could maybe trade down to get 2 picks in a very deep draft, and get a solid solid big (Sullinger, Drummond, Robinson, Melo, Zeller, PJ3, Draymon Green) and a wing player ( Barnes, Beal, Henson, Lamb, Teague)?

If the Nets keep playing well the Blazers will get their pick if its out of the top 3 (its projected at 7). Why not our number 2 pick for the Blazers' 7th and 12th picks, and take a combo of a wing and a big. By then, its projected that Davis, MKG, Drummond, Beal, Robinson and Sullinger will be gone, but you never know. We could then take a wing (Barnes or Lamb) at 7 and take the remaining big (Henson, Perry Jones or Zeller) at 12.

This only works IF: we think the drafted PF/C will be better than Booker or Seraphin (either now or after experience and development), aka a starter, AND if we draft a SF, that he will be better than Singleton and Vessely potentially can be.

If we could trade the #2 and Vessely for the #7/#12, we could get a big, and replace a wing player all at once, give Wall some support and take advantage of a very very deep draft.

Thoughts?
