Wizards guards demolishing Portland's
Wall, Young, Crawford, Mack = 46 points (59% shooting) , 8 assists, 7 rebounds
Felton, Batum, Crawford, Matthews = 29 points (41% shooting), 4 assists, 8 rebounds
I used to have super powers until my psychiatrist took them away.
Not eye popping..
Both he and Nick are 5-9 (55%) – with each playing to their strengths… Young hitting 3-4 three point shots… and Crawford driving to the basket and scoring and finding teammates (3 assists)….
This is the back court rotation I dreamed about at the beginning of the year…. With three diverse Guards, all playing off each other, complimenting the others strengths….
I used to have super powers until my psychiatrist took them away.

2nd half line
(As if the 2nd half is its own game)
Wizards +10.5
Over/Under 96.5
Gotta like the Wiz again to essentially win with a 12 point lead and no Aldridge. We ain’t gonna shoot 55% again, but I can’t see Portland having enough firepower to win this one without their stud.
Will work for Recs.

Don't underestimate Jamal Crawford and Wes Matthews...
Those two guys can really stroke the 3…. and if they both get hot, combined with the Wizards poor rotations, that 12 point lead could be gone in a flash…
I used to have super powers until my psychiatrist took them away.
I gotcha
I’m also encouraged we outrebounded em 25-17 with McGee and Booker only getting 12 and 10 respectively.

J. Craw shooting 32% from 3 this year...
I know he can get hot but he hasn’t shot the ball well all year. And Matthews at 35 hasn’t been too much better. Still like the Wiz to hang on to the lead, but I wear Jordan Crawford pajamas to bed so what do I know?

Our backcourt...
When Crawford and Young are on, we are a legit NBA team. The dudes can score. We can win any game when Nick is hot and Crawford is making the ones that he doesn’t usually make. And then there is obviously Wall, who is pretty good too.

Yet another reason why I say back court (SG) is the biggest need in the draft
Wizards combined for 42 points (Wall:15, Crawford:13, Young:14)
And you also see how important it is to run with back court mates who he trust and can rely on.

Rotoworld
Gordon’s surgery is being called a “cleanup.” We don’t know if that means cartilage damage, ligament fraying or fragment issues. Either way, he’s expected to miss six weeks, meaning the most games he’ll play in this year is 17. But with the Hornets at 5-23, we wouldn’t be shocked to see Gordon simply shut it down for the year.
I just don’t think he’ll come back so late if they are tanking anyway.

Everyone has been praising Jan so much but I think it's sad this has been on of his better game. I will repost this one final time...
In reply to “who would you have taken @ with the 6th pick?”..as if he was the only option.
Klay Thompson, Burks, Leonard, either of the Morris twins or even Kemba, Brandon Knight or Jimmer.
Marcus is buried underneath a ton of depth but all of the players I named are better than Jan right now and I think they all will be more productive in the long run. The team wasnt planning on locking up Nick long term so YES, taking a SG makes sense, and as far as the combo gaurds we have NO depth. Those last 3 guys would really help right now wouldn’t they?
The players drafted after him make him look like a bad pick. Or maybe him just not being that skilled of a basketball player make him look like a bad pick.

Love that John Wall has found that floater
He now has more options than crashing into the teeth of the defense at the rim….

Better than 2 or 3

LOL - Comcast shows us the wrong Free Throw line on that Technical shot

If only the Wizards
Had fans who still cheered that hard when the Wizards were down by 14
only a 10-point game...
play smart

With Coach Zorro on our side, we will slice opponents to ribbons. Tim Tebow gives me hope and I already have faith and charity in my heart! I see a propitious future rife with Lombardis for our Broncos!

Boston announcers are the WORST
Every foul on a Celtic is phantom…
Meanwhile, Celtic players are being murdered on the court….
I used to have super powers until my psychiatrist took them away.
take air out of the ball
quick shots are suicide against a proficient team like Portland…

Yeah - pass it around....
make them chase – make em foul
I used to have super powers until my psychiatrist took them away.
Problem is
Portland is so good at forcing TOs. The more passes the more chances of messing up

On that last possession...Nick missed booker...he knew he should pass
but didn’t have the vision to find him…
I saw him look at Book
I don’t know if he wanted to risk the TO
