I never thought I would ever even ask myself this question. However, for all the faults of Dan Snyder I can never see never did everything in his power to put a competitive team on the floor. Wasn't always great results but, at least I know he was going to use all his resources to try.
I put the blame mostly on Ted. Number 1 for resigning Ernie. The problem starts with Ernie and the way he built this team. What is the difference between Trevor Booker, Chris Singleton, Kevin Seraphin, and Okariza? Not much at all. They are all about the same player except we have four of them.
Jan Vesely is a waste of finger energy to type about. How he is not in the D league now just baffles me.
The whole concept of a building a team that can run with Wall is silly. Because one most of the players on this team who can run cant finish on a consistent basis. Wall needs wings who can shoot the three and create for themselves some.
Ted first and foremost needs to get rid of EG ASAP. Secondly I think he needs a new concept to build this team. I think untill this team can attract good free agents to play here is to try to assemble a team like last years 76ers or the Indiana Pacers from last year. Both teams had a collection of players that averaged 10-19 points for the season. A collection of good players. Then he needs to find a GM who can execute this plan.
If Ted is truly interested in making this team competitive. He will think about eating the Okariza contracts or at least one of them. I can't even begin to imagine who many bad contracts Snyder his eaten to at least to try at make the team better
