This is a old video that I found on youtube when he was at college park a couple years ago. He said some interesting things and just trying to get to know the person ted. I just wanted to do some research on our owner to fully understand where hes coming from. I can see why he has so much loyalty to ernie and others. Hes very similar to peter angelos.

Could this be a sign of things that can doom a franchise, or help it? is ted to overprotective of his employees?
