Here is a simple idea and simple request. At a time when the first step to solving the Wizards' problems seems pretty obvious, a simple idea and request should be sufficient.

In this post, I ask everyone to submit the same post: a post that simply says four words -- "Fire the Front Office" -- and nothing more. Let's see how many people we have who agree with that sentiment. I'll start it off with the first post.
