Geeeez, have you noticed that when these players were here, they look LOST.

Well Ive seen dray, nick, and javele, and Fuc&ing WOW. They look totally different than we seen in the past on this team.

They have great support systems, and the guys are buying into it.
Its more than just Avery johnson, George Karl, and Doug Collins which these 3 are good coaches and teachers.

But I look at these teams support systems which help the players buy into the coaches game plans. The Wizards NEVER had a good support system to help its young players, and STILL doesnt now. We need a GM who will stress YOUTH GROWTH and will do anything and get anything to help there young players. Establish a sound STRUCTURE that will build confidence, identity, and chemistry that you need when playing in the NBA. not just getting talented players for the sake of getting talented players.
